Deze feature maakt het mogelijk om automatiseringsregels en werkitems centraal te beheren. Functioneel worden terugkerende processtappen, signaleringen en opvolgacties omgezet naar uitvoerbare taken binnen het platform. Hierdoor kunnen modules workflows starten of laten opvolgen zonder iedere automatiseringslogica los te implementeren.
