Betaalbatches indienen en goedkeuren.

Functionele beschrijving

Deze feature ondersteunt het indienen en goedkeuren van betaalbatches. Functioneel kunnen organisaties instellen of een betaalbatch aparte goedkeuring vereist. Als goedkeuring vereist is, controleren bevoegde gebruikers of een batch klaar is voor uitvoering en geven zij akkoord voordat de batch kan worden verzonden. Als goedkeuring niet vereist is, blijft de submit/release-stap bestaan, wordt het betaalbestand met hash vastgelegd waar transport dat vereist, en gaat de batch direct naar goedgekeurd. Dit borgt configureerbare betaalautorisatie zonder synthetische goedkeuringen te registreren.
